Why does it cost less to have a dental procedure out of the country? Why isn't there a facility in the USA who will help people? That adds to the cost of a procedure when one has to include travel.

If a tooth is broken but the root is still intact ,will this cause bone loss? Still the pressure between teeth is there.

Friday night one of my implants popped out! as soon as it did i had a mouth full of blood so i used the salt water rinse and thankfully it stopped ! Monday morning i saw my Periodontist and he showed me the bone loss around one and some on the one right next to it! my question is WHY did this happen? i floss 2 times a day and right after eating , i use a electric tooth brush and i was thinking maybe im too rough on cleaning? i had no bleeding no pain no signs of desease ! and still i have bone loss? i refuse to accept the poor oral maintenance as the cause because i know bettter! my dentists knows how i take care of my teeth! now i dont smoke i dont have diabetes no medical issues! im confused

I know this is very late answer. I just had 3D all around scan then the doctor showed me on the computer how thin or thick the bones are. The one I pulled 10 years ago need bone graft if want an implan the one I pulled 14 months ago still good bone. He shows diagram the thickness of the secrew and the bones.

You can used dentures to replace the missing tooth. That is what everyone is doing before thess expensive dental implant came into the picture. It is the same function to stimulate the area were the missing tooth or teeth were.
Dental implant is expensive and most likely will fail overtime like any foreign bodies inserted in your gums and mouth. My friend's implant has to has to be removed due to being loose and infected. Even when she took care of it. Only very tiny population of people ars successful in their implants.

So your saying that an implant will take the place of the biological natural process of having a root and canal so that blood will continue to flow and continue to produce or "up keep" bone?
I am very curious because I have a decision to make. And if the bone will receed anyway compromising the rediculious difference in price than????

You can use dentures to stimulate the area. That was the solution before these implant came to the picture.
Dental implant is not guaranteed it can FAIL even if you take care of it. Only tiny population are successful and many fails. My friend had implant for 5 years and failed.
Has to be removed due to infection and lose. Even if she took care of it and get it checked every 6 months for 5 years until it failed. Now the dentist wants to pull the implant and re plant another fake tooth in the sama area that failed. Why put where it failed ? If it fails before , it will fail again. WHAT A SCAM!!!! Money , money , more money.

@@toothrestorer6588 you seem new to medicine! Did you read my comments attentively? Lost jaw bone never regrows and that is why dentists use bone graft and implants. However, some opportunistic dentists claim they can regrow bone to rip off the poor patients which is so unethical. It is possible in a far future to use stem cells to regrow bones though.
