Just a quick correction, the musou no hitotachi actually isn't Raiden's sword, it's the specific technique she used for executions and what she intended to use on the traveler. But a lot of people get the name of the technique and the sword mixed up, so it's not a huge deal, just wanted to let you know ^^

I’m pretty sure she shouldn’t because there two timelines in Genshin Impact. This could be the one after Scaramouche erased himself from existence which would mean that he changed a timeline. So even past scaramouche wouldn’t be remembered.

It was when Venti, Zhongli, Makoto, Rhukkadevata, Egeria and the rest of the original Archons became Archons in the first place. Makoto survived the Archon war. That’s why she became Archon in the first place. The Archon war was more than a thousand years ago. No she died during the destruction of Khaenri’ah 500 years ago.
