Can both spindles move slightly independently? How do you reduce blends if one tool on one part is good, but on the other part, it isn't? Not sure how this machine works. If you can't adjust anything, really seems like this machine is limited to specific parts, that don't have much of H offset, or tool length issue. Or even a diameter issue, for that matter. The whole setup moves as one. Slight variations in diameter can't matter. What kind of parts is this machine for anyways? Rather curious now.
i believe every tool must be the exact same length. You can do that with automatic tool presetter/induction heater machines (they have a pushrod which pushed the tool the right amount up until it reaches the specified length)

This is amazing! How do you compensate for slight variations in the tool lengths with this pair of spindles?
They've got individual Z adjustments. But just a few millimeters, so you're toollenght must me quite close to each other
