Hi Jolina, thanks for watching my vlog. When we processed our Marriage License last January. No. 1 rule is you need to file your application with your husband to be, you cannot file it alone. But we have the same situation now, since we didn’t push through our wedding this year so we need to re-apply again. I will make an update vlog regarding on this. If they will accept it to just one party to file the application or if its going to be the same rules. Please stay tuned for more update vlog very soon. Thank you and keep safe always♥️
