A cable that was operational had quit connecting both PC and mobile to L-X. How to make sure I purchase new data cable without any spy ware embedded in it?
Kind of a drag that i have to go through all this stuff to get it to work really. My issue is i bought Nano x in 2021 and the usb cord it came with is long gone. IE: I can't find that thing for the life of me. But i'll keep trying as that all i can do.
Please I need help I never had. Any problem until 1 week ago I can have access to update my ledger S every time I tried says the internet connection is no good but really I have no problem with internet connection. I really need help, what I can do with this situation. HEPL PLEASE

The cable was my problem. I had to use a cable with data transfer and it fixed my issue of not being able to connect my device to ledger live.
Same, I had to use 6 different cables before I got the right one😆

Got it working. Changed computers and used an actual Data Transfer USB cable. All good now

My new s plus computer cannot be turned on normally. I have changed 3 data cables and it still cannot be used normally.，can you help me？
