In disability circles this is called presuming competence and it's

You’re an excellent source of inspiration to many of us Beau
Kind words cost nothing, yet are priceless.
This video demonstrates exactly why you are in that calling everybody Ranger guy category. You are the only UA-camr that my husband asks me everyday what does Beau have to say today? And then he sits at the counter and listens intently to every video. He is an ex-navy diver, and an ex Republican since Trump was elected. We have learned so much listening to you in Your Balanced intelligently well thought-out and researched points of view. We never miss one. Thank you for what you do.

Beau altered my way of thinking and I in turn have altered another. The domino effect this man has is incredible.
Being told you can is a lot more inspiring than you can't.
I had a teacher like that in high-school. After he passed I named my youngest son after him. He really was an amazing human that just wanted to help raise us all up. There's a movie being made about him right now Brave the Dark
That can make all the difference., when someone believes in you.
I live in CT. I'm wearing rule 303 T shirt and I'm getting comments. Good ones. Even found a nice couple who are fans of the Fifth. I feel great when someone asks me about the message. the message is connecting. At least, to me, it is out there. Thanks, I'm daring to hope.
I firmly believe that to “earn” someone’s respect, you first need to “give/show” someone respect.
I was at Ft.Benning in 2004, I knew 2 soldiers like that, officers. A LtCol and a Cpt.
because… somebody instilled it in him… 'Ranger!" -
This is one of your best Beau.
"You can and you should." So simple and yet so powerful. This channel (and its popularity) give me hope for the future of our race. Thank you. You could and you did.
There is nothing wrong with giving strangers the benefit of the doubt -- within reason.
LOL! Understatement of the year "becoming a ranger isn't easy."
Interesting. I used a similar tactic when I taught trades to disadvantaged kids. I treated them all like they were imminent tradespeople in their area of interest. And I got surprised more than once that these folks from broken homes, substance abuse, bullied or bully got lined out and made it. Lots didn't, sure but, those that did, inspired me.
You have inspired me to look deeper into matters I don't understand, and find the potential other meanings I may have missed. Admittedly, I am low hanging fruit, but you've made a strong impression in the wore challenging people around me.
