What new item and emblem should Xavier use now?

for new build and emblem items that would be arcane boots, talisman book, lightning truncheon, new glowing wand, wishing lantern, holy crystal with the emblem Assassin (if ur not using divine glaive), rapture, bargain hunter, impure rage. Or use mage emblem if u want to use divine glaive for strong magic penetration but this item is for late game since Xavier is a late game hero so exchange this with arcane boots.
Experiment COD as well for hybrid defense and brute force.

Why u dont rotate towards gold lane in our server if u dont they will curse u😂😂 as a mage u have to rotate towards all lane though
rotations depend on the hero you have and also when you are team with 5 man rotations is synchronized not like me I'm just a solo player thats why i need to focus farming first because i know i can carry them in the late game.

I really likes the buff, you can clear the minion waves with your ult without worries. It's a shame they nerfed skill 1+2 combo, but they buffed the ult a lot so whatever
for me its fine too
idk about new buff for xavier his damage is increased on skills but I hate these 0,5 and 1 seconds that they added to 1st and 2nd skill + can you try using lanter? the one with cd reduction and 10% hp dmg guess it's must have item now because of previous mentioned seconds
its more flexible now to build items to xavier stay tuned in my next video
the old damage feels better then continuesly ult that damage taste like baby's slap, cant even clear minion as fast as bfore

Guys whoever is reading this and is a xavier main after ur match go to the match survey option and give a feed back about Xavier... Indicating the nerf in his 1 + 2 combo move... I miss his old damage
Even tho 1-2 damage is lower, ult cd is much shorter. You can lowkey spam ur ult every 7-8 seconds. With new item sky piercer, higher chances of finishing with ult, so overall this changes are okey.
he doesnt deal the same damage but tbh with his ult being spammable hes pretty deadly now
