What an incredibly uplifting track! I loved the sample from Eckhart Tolle - "How do we break the habit of excessive thinking?" interview video. This talk by Eckhart Tolle on state of “Presence” works perfectly for the "Sea of Thoughts" track. Presence is simply ”gaps in thinking” or ”space of no thought”.
