@shawnlamaster5508 we went with a key Largo 1 as a quick move in spec home. Really impressed with it, but my favorite layout was the key west

1. Have a realtor on your side.
2. Don't be afraid to aggressively negotiate.
3. Make sure to hire your OWN home inspector. Our realtor hired one for us and so glad he did!
4. Go to ALL the inspections and make sure that the spec list on your contract is the same as the one you discussed with Sue.
5. The artisan neighborhood is pretty friendly and great neighbors so far
