Don't matter anyways, was my team I thought could have got the job done game 1 😁😅
I’m thinking since Tupou will probably side with playing in the pacific test for Tonga in the time game 2 comes around, I hope Freddy brings back the 🦊🥺
Why would he do that if he gets picked again for NSW ?
@@stevvvvveperry because his heart is with Tonga 🇹🇴, I know for sure he will play in the test for Tonga cause me, being a proud Tongan myself knows how much passion the players have for our nation
@@swrv1. I'm sure he does but it's a one off test versus an origin series.
@@stevvvvveperry he’s missing origin II and coming back for the third, that’s what I know is going to happen, trust

PAUL TWO HEADS GALLEN
NSW should of stuck solid with the team over last 2 years apart from the injured players how tf they think QLD won it all those years in a row 🤷🏽♂️
They won 8 in a row because they had 4 once in a generation talents in the most important positions in a football team. Inglis, Smith, Cronk, Thurston. They are literal future immortals that played together for 10 years. There was no way we could've or would've come anywhere near close, no matter how many times you simulate those games over that period. The results would've been the same.
It's easy to pick and stick when you've picked from a talent pool boasting the best ever. The hangover though for QLD is what we've seen in the last 4 years where QLD teams rested on their laurels in recruitment and development and it has shown since in the decline of the QLD teams, the length of time its taken their juniors to become origin ready in comparison to NSW who were blooding in young players and forging new combinations and how early Freddy & Brandy has been earmarking young talent and putting them through the blues pathways programs as juniors. The prodigious talent we see now in our younger lads have come because they've been moulded early to play a certain way
@@itsfqndave and dont forget NSW lost 2020🤣 but im guessing you have an excuse for that
Anyway, Queensland has more young talent now so it should be competitive.
@@itsfqndave u forgot to mention Slater...
9 - Grant
6 - Hunt
7 - DCE
1 - Munster
13 - Carrigan
Josh Addo car and Jake should’ve been picked The players that have replaced them Have not played good enough to force them out
I see Crrighton starting at centre and wighton going to interchange..
Crighton should start at wing or cobbo and coates are gonna be raining tries all over the blues.
NSW has a long way to go to beat their own magnificent record of winning 21 years in a row.
Good luck boys. I wish you all the best.
unfortunately that wasn’t state of origin mate that was interstate were half of nsw team was qlders playing in sydney rugby league
It’s 8 in a row for origin mate
@@ootz545 What rubbish. Name the team and year from which NSW had half a team of imports?? It doesn't exist. It's a myth. You must be confused with QLD SOO sides? Those NSW sides only ever had 1 or 2 imports. Less than QLD now and then. If a modern QLD SOO side is legit with 8+ imports then a side with 1 or 2 is legit. Old Tests count. Club games count. So does state vs state.
They have been playing since 1908. History doesn't start when it's convenient or care about your feelings. NSW holds every record. All the good ones anyway. Tissue?

“They will wait for Cherry-Evans….” Yeah they will. They’ll wait and wait and wait and wait
I’m not a fan of DCE and never will be…..but I love my MAROONS to the bone…..🔥🔥🔥
Him and HUNT irk me!!……..
Hunt crumbles under pressure cooker games and DCE is no where to be seen when the pressure is on……this is where the BLUES will hurt us
Lucky and fortunate for us - Mitchell and both Trebojovic brothers are out along with the FOX……..Im not sure the bookies would favour this QLD side or any had these guys been included…..wouldve been scraping the barrel if they did…..odds would be way different!!
should b a good game….lessgooooo
Except for the dropped ball in the gf hunt has been massive in all big games
Hunt won it for us last Origin game.
I'm tipping the blues, I'm backing the blues, do you want to say it again Gal.
As a QLDer I'm glad they didn't pick suaalil. Him against Cobbo, 2 young guns.
J Addo Carr should have stayed in Melbourne he would have been picked playing alongside decent players. Carrigan is a good pickup for Qld Cherry Evans is not a good pick for Qld nor is Hunt very lacklustre this year
@Logical Perspective Harry should be starting
@@claytonives1345 you should be coaching somewhere if you’re an expert. Hunt is better defensively and Grant is deadly against tired forwards off the bench

As usual NSW Tedesco no 1 but his back up S/B Gutherson from the EELS.....The.Only team to beat the Panthers....
Daniel tupou is 6 foot 5 not 6'4
The only job Crichton should have is to come on when Grant runs on. Then follow him like a bad smell and be all over him like covid. Because that is QLD's strongest weapon. Harry, harrying out of dumb half with fatigue forwards.
YEP, spot on mate
Why Why why is Wighton at centre. Gagai and Coates ran rings around him in 2020. Hasnt Freddy learned anything and pick a specialist centre. Why is Crighton on the bench. A specialist centre.

Kafusi, Holmes, Gagai and Arrow. What’s the point of selecting those guys who have failed a number of games in a row. A step too slow and living off reputations
Freddy picking Tupou only cause he's a rooster
How is Tupou better than Addo Carr?
He isn't but I think they're trying to counter the aerial assault the 2 qld wingers bring and tupou is in good form atm, but you're right not better than ado carr
It’s only about countering the 2 best Aerial attackers in the game.
They cancel each other out. Tupou better in the air and bringing the ball forward whereas JAC has speed to burn and good in broken play. If you look at the QLD forward pack they're all workers, we need big backs to start the sets.
Im a Queenslander but Tupou is better for the high ball and makes a lot of meters on kick returns. Addo-Carr is overrated, just fast.
you change that y into an i though
fox is the best winger in the game
Was and still could be, but he can’t do too much at the dogs. Coates is better than him now, and the Penrith boys are better than both.
Adam Reynolds is the best creative attacking player in the competition and goal kicker Cody walker is the best five eight

Great point, the winning formula for qld all those years was their spine, as long as your forwards are going forward, the spine will take care of the rest, and nsw have the superior spine.
