It's a little bit harder to get a consistent shot as you have to heat the brew chamber and control the flow (and therefore pressure), but it makes a damn fine espresso!
Yeah, biggest thing I dislike about the ROK, which is an otherwise great machine. I wish they just included a tamp, even a plastic one would be better than this 😅
