It’s optional, Uduak but having a parapet will make your house look modern. If you have the money and if it is your personal house, I will recommend you have one. If you have a tight budget having a parapet might result in additional expenses.

Please can you break down the cost and the materials used for it.(.parapet)

You are right, Uduak. We are still going to have about 2 to 3 additional coaches. This is to enable us achieve our desires head room of 3.0 meters (head room means the distance from the floor to ceiling). We have about 23 columns in the building. Note some of the columns are architectural columns (for aesthetic/design- like the entrance columns ). Even though the building is a bungalow, it was necessary when have the required number of columns, since we plan to do a concrete facia which is normally heavy.
