Theory: Sol still likes Alec but is just acting like he doesn’t but is secretly upset that Alec keeps avoiding him(Hence the Halloween party). Sol secretly wants to get back with Alec but knows he hates him or because he knows Luna likes him and he doesn’t wanna hurt her feelings(But liked be for real be prob is to selfish to care about Luna). Alec either is a tsundere or actually doesn’t like Alec anymore.
Extra bonus: The only person who knows Sol likes Alec still is Marcos here’s why Sol doesn’t just like Alec he is OBSESSED with Alec(Again hence to him crying on the balcony at the Halloween party). So when he noticed that Alec was avoiding him like the plague he went outside to get some air and started crying before Marcos came in and uncomfortably comforted him. And then Sol told him that he still likes Alec but made him promise not to tell.
