Good use of camera angles and how the characters move relative to the camera (they don't just move from side-to-side, but also forward and backward). Lots of cuts too, which is great, too many walfasers use too few cuts typically.

I can totally sympathize with Reisen running away from getting her shot. I hate getting shots as well, to the point where I delay for as long as possible and hope there is another way to get vaccinated.

Use alcohol. Pour it on some cotton and when you're about to take the shot, sniff it. The smell of alcohol should distract you from the pain.
