It's worth doing... there are phone apps that will show what ones are around you or even the trails you plan to hike. You are lucky with the ticks. Happy fathers day to you as well.
We love geocaching, it's one of our favorite activities when we're out in campgrounds. It's a fun thing to take the kids to do. The geocaching app is fantastic!!

Yeah I was surprised they were on that right away. I sprayed my legs before I left otherwise I would have never gone in there.

Hopefully the ticks were just on your clothes and not in your skin yet.
