Jeffrey McDaniel's "The Ben Franklyn of Monogamy"

Jeffrey McDaniel, as part of Taylor & Marie Elizabeth Mali's Page Meets Stage series at the Bowery Poetry Club performs "The Ben Franklyn of Monogamy". Jeffrey McDaniel is the author of three books: Alibi School (Manic D, 1995), The Forgiveness Parade (Manic D, 1998), and The Splinter Factory (Manic D, 2002). His poems have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies, including Best American Poetry 1994 and New (American) Poets. He is a recipient of an NEA Fellowship, He lives in Brooklyn and teaches creative writing at Sarah Lawrence College

I watched this staring absently into my freshly brewed Sencha Ariake tea I got from my GF as a gift. You're supposed to brew it at 70 degrees, but I got mine at 60. Now it is lukewarm, with fragments of leaf sticking to the cup. Luckily, brewing it cold makes it sweet and golden. :D
