Once there they opened fire on the Warbirds and were destroyed. The Klingons saw this act as a great honor towards the Federation and with that the negotiations for the Klingons to join the federation took on power. This is the best of my knowledge :)

There is also the Future Wars mod for Armada II and Sins of a Solar Empire. But it is mostly in german as the developers didn't find english voice actors and barely had time themselves.
This Mod makes me reconsider getting Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion (I do have the original, without any addons), but the game never really caught me. Even with resources and everything set to fast I felt it took forever to get something built. But I really loved Armada I (sadly it doesn't run without problems even with the unofficial patch). Armada II wasn't as good, but it has the Fleet Operations mod.
Would you recommend buying the game simply for this mod? (I held off from SoaSE as I couldn't get friends with learning a whole new universe) Enjoyed your video - as always!
Is the base game as complicated as it appears? It isn't my type of game but I really want to give this one a go. I'm not against complexity, I usually play flight sims, I'm just wondering how difficult this is to get into for the uninitiated.
as far as 4x games go, sins is a relatively easy to understand game, when compared to Star Ruler, or Master of Orion 2 for example. That said, it IS a somewhat complicated game. Well worth it in the end.

Yeah, Legacy was pretty much broken, Ult. Universe really did a lot of good for it though, made it playable and allowed for one hell of a ship roster as well.

it'd be cool if the pirates were the borg and the pirate base's were borg cubes however that does mean you'd be able to colonize a borg cube once you cleared it out >.< hmh
Also another question, if i activate this Mod whit another mod for example Fall of Kohbol (Which is a mod of Battlestar Galactica) will the game crash or i could be abel to play whit both mods and more factions?
I'm not an expert in modding by any means, i have dabbed in it, but mixing mods is generally considered a bad idea as it could make the game unstable and/or unplayable. Even if it did work, this game has four factions and i'm assuming Fall of Kobal has two (please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong) and the balancing would be all messed up, and would require extensive modding to make two mods work together.
Currently there is not, though i know that they would like to. Trekyards had an interview concerning this mod just today if you want to take a look at that.

Being someone who's put hours into both mods I can tell you hands down they are vastly different. The models are not the same in anyway other than the source material they are based on. Gameplay is quite different, unit balance is different, speed and feel of the game is different and some major design differences in how the games play out. Both mods are good. Just different.

just pointing something out, in Star Trek Voyager, the Nova Class is described as a short range planetary research vessel, not a long range combat ship, so making it a scout is a little... "off key"
They've nerfed/updated the game now. You have to research those fleet command ships. It makes each race slightly less prone to rushing etc. Also now each race has a Titan... even the Borg :D

The Borg are a playable side and the pirates are being balanced.

Actully Fall of Kobhol has 4 Factions Colonials: Loyals and Rebells and Cylon: Loyal and Rebel.
