Be equipped with knowledge to speak against it. Jackie Lambie got pipped publicly by Yasmeen Majid years back because she didn’t know what Sharia is.
Sharia is everything that Muhammed said and did, approved and forbade, and this became Islamic law. These were recorded in the Quran and Hadith, then systematised and codified from those. That’s the short answer. When Majid said Sharia requires muslims to follow the laws of the land they’re in she was using double speak. This was with the understanding that all land belongs to Allah and the law is Sharia.
Now you know the short answer. Remember the names Abu Hanifa, Malik Anas and Al-Shafi’i. They are the key fathers of the main works of Islamic law that codified Sharia in the 8th and 9th Centuries.

I couldn’t be more angry at the moment and especially with 7 Oct anniversary coming up.
We lost 12: members of 2nd Commando Regiment SASR list 5 and 1 Commando Regiment lost 1 and all units had many wounded and have taken their own lives because of that war. The conventional army also had many deaths and those from the Royal Australian Regiment ,which also has a memorial in Martin Place it’s disgusting on so many levels.
The Lindt siege was the actions of Iranian born terrorist responsible for these deaths.
This government and its states counterparts are disgraceful in this thoughtless act of this Islamic pop up is shameful and disrespectful to those who have lost their lives to radical Islamic ideology.
