Quick question regarding younger peoples charts where things haven’t activated yet, I’m that case where would you focus on during the reading? Are there specific areas of a chart that stand out out earlier in a persons life that you could talk about? Or would you focus more on current transits ?
@@jonathanjames9435 personally, i love interpretating babies' or young children's charts for parents to use as a guidance tool in supporting their parenting. no transit interpretation is even necessary in my opinion, as there is so much material to work with natally, and as you mentioned, they aren't experiencing major transits yet...generally speaking. the nodal story, the primal triad, and even natal aspects are such rich information to help a parent become familiar with.
Could you do an episode on the Planetary hours and the Planetary days of the week (for example Monday=Moon etc). Do these Correspondences still have a meaning in modern astrology? Thanks
Wish I had of seen this before consultation I had last year with Rob Hand. I struggle to even watch my recording majorly cringe worthy 😳😅 I will now be much better prepared 🙏🏽
How amazing Astrology is... looking at my return, and tomorrow the first viewing of the house, the chart of transits is like a theme and variations in music, the degrees, the signs....
First of all. Do not choose a Psychological Astrologer if you want predictions. I know from experience that this isn't working. Edit: and please do not speak too much as a client. Yes, go into a dialogue but let the astrologer offer you his or her insights!
Well also you need an accurate birth time too obviously within like 1-2 minutes. The Moon's degree constantly changes, which even at a 5% change in conjunction or aspect power can totally change an interpretation.
When I was new to astrology I was really confused about how provide my context. It would be really helpful if astrologers would specify also clients deliverables beforehand: how to provide the background, e.g. general situation and questions about certain topics, 200 words etc. Not just "please provide your question". Also I find useful to ask a new client about their level of astrology knowledge. I would not be interested to discuss about of e.g. Mars, but rather my topics assuming I have some understanding of that archetype. I also like as a client when an astrologer refers technical details from the chart and technics used when providing their interpretations, since I like to reflect this afterwards from analytical perspective as well.
when practising my educater / teacher once told me I was "only speaking astroslang" and noone would understand who is not an astrologer. It seemed really hard sometimes because I felt silly when talking to astrologers ( my education group ) and play as if they would not know astrolanguage... ;) but of course, if there is someone who does not understand anything then I have to find and use different expressions. I guess it should as well be possible to reduce this way in favor of someone who is used to the language.
This was interesting. I don’t know if it’s the sequence that I’ve listened to these, but I’m having very vivid imaginations about how great either a movie or brief tv series would be where the main protagonists is an astrologer. If anyone I know wants to dive into astrology through indirect methods like online, I usually state to have at least 5 sources. There’s one online astrologer that gives great small reads/explanations, but has every card in life stacked against them. I am completely the type that roots for the underdog and the persistence against all odds is amazing. Anyways.. it’s definitely playing in my head how great would be. The astrologer could be really good, give an accurate display of proper ways to interpret charts while having comedic clients that are either really strange or complete jerks. The whole “not being able to tell people what you do” thing plus how people react when they do know like doing magic tricks or wanting to know things right away. Like sitting on the plane where the person next to them is going to a wedding. They want to know if the marriage will be successful to find later the woman isn’t the bride but the brides best friend having an affair with the groom. But the woman is rude to the astrologer like being an astrologer makes them an un-respectable person. Then a popular online astrologer at a convention who’s into reincarnation astrology trying to get pregnant because there’s a transit they believe will have them carry the reincarnation of their recently deceased father. Then kind of a fraudulent Tony Robbins type motivational astrologer who takes up all the clientele who’s just using a software program not knowing anything about astrology at all… I just keep thinking of a good astrology struggling with life while some creepy David Copperfield astrologer is making a mockery shooting sun sign T shirts into the crowd. I’ll be a libra starting something (right there) and never finishing it. I’ll say the protagonist gets mad seeing the famous astrologers memes and it turns into a murder plot series. I’m still in the mode of studying astrology and fine tuning the specifics of the core beliefs necessary spiritually and philosophically, consultation stories either make me roll my eyes or scare me. But that’s just me at this stage in life. I do enjoy these episodes though.
How do classical Hellenistic Astrologers do birth time rectification? I know Vedic Astrologers tend to use possible 60th sign divisions of the Ascendant in the chart, along with house cusps to find out the exact birth time. Like is there any sort of tool that makes it much friendlier to rectify a chart to the exact second in Hellenistic Astrology?
Thanks to you both Leisa et Chris :-) It was very insightful video. Just one technical thing : There seems to be somekind of chorus effect on your voice Chris, maybe it's happening because you're mixing 2 or 3 different audio source and there might be a slightly delayed source.
When analyzing your natal chart, does the planet placement in houses even matter currently? The planet transit chart is completely different from the natal chart, so does the planets in houses on the natal chart mean anything about life now (30 years later)?
@@christinerobertsonnugamyaw9101 a predictive astrologer for natal and yearly horoscope and maybe for electional and horary astrology. If possible a Hellenistic one. And someone with good knowledge in his/her profession. Thank you.

I find it so much more accurate then Modern. I do not do horary but I am very connected to “intuitive hits”

@ Ok thank you! I have another question, I thought part of astrology and our sign had to do with where the sun was when you were born? If earth has tilted since it was found, don’t we need to refer to where the sun actually is? Not what an expired text says?
I ve had a whole education to become an consultation offering astrologer, in munich. But I did not make the ( missing the word )... exam. yes, exam. Someone told me its not about this specific exam, just go on, learn more, be open. So thats what I am doing. But I wonder if I will one day be practising. Not soo much selfesteem or courage at the now, but I guess that could change. My education is not very same like the "normal one" in german astrologers community and thats why I felt like an alien in the group. So wonder if this could work similar as of being someone who is a midwife with own praxis but not "in a hospital". Anyway it would be good to be in the "group" again because of advertising . somehow. And always wondered if one day I will make the group education as well in order to get the label and be more trustworthy. And what if I participate in some courses from abroad? I just dont know if that will be a help in germany... thats a big problem everywhere. often you need "papers". And sometimes the papers dont tell much about your ability. But old wise women often have more wisdom than "doctors".... ;)
Let me know if you have any tips for getting the most out of an astrological consultation!

Thumbs up for the split screen setup on this one. Great job!
So happy you covered this topic. I was thinking about this earlier this morning!
Really liking the new camera and lens setup/positioning!
Excellent Video..

Really helped me to get clear for my next reading. The first three I’ve had done have basically told me nothing I didn’t already know.

This was SO SO SO amazing and extremely valuable conversation. Thank you! ALSO, really cool to see/hear Lisa
I love the advice about getting your chart read as a way of learning from other astrologers.
An episode on retrograde Saturn would be amazing!
I really appreciate the analogy to lawyers and their specializations!
I am a music teacher, and mainly teach piano, and it would be weird to ask me to teach the violin.
I am on the waitlist (long wait 😞) for a consultation with Leisa so this is helpful for when my turn comes! 😊
You won't be disappointed!
