Chandigarh mein 99.9% log parking bahar hi karte hai as har sector mein aapko public parking space mil jati hai... Baki agar 1 car hai toh sabhi apne ghar ke bahar hi khari karte hai car.... Chandigarh kafi systematic bana hai it's not like other cities... Agar apne ghar mein hi parking karni hai toh thoda outskirts like Zirakpur jaisi jgha ghar bnalo ya apne hi ghar mein tight parking karlo(not at all viable)

In Chandigarh 338 sq yard area land can be purchased in 5-6 crore... even if someone spends 1 crore over it ...price will not be more than 6-7 crore.

1. Villa concept is nice but there are many loop holes...
2. Drawing area and personal lounge separate by cubical style class chamber but it should be a sliding door chamber, So that personal lounge can be used for grand parties..
3. Architect and interior designer has put such detailed efforts then why not a lift is installed in this villa... Although villa built in area is very big..this villa is looking very nice but for Indian families and style of living for big families is not suitable... Afterward family will find demarits of this property.
4. Only one thing is awesome, back side road, back door access, greenery and birds watch. For nature lovers this location is fantastic.
