2 medium sized potatoes
2 medium sized eggplant (bengun)
oil for fry
gram flour (besun) 450 grams
spices:- for marination
chilli flakes (1bsp)
salt according to your taste
cumin powder (1 tsp)
coriander powder ( 1 tbsp)
paprika powder optional
turmeric powder (1 tsp)
vinegar ( 1tbsp)
for batter:-
gram flour
water
rice flour (1tbsp)
chopped green chillies (1bsp)
ginger gratted (1tbsp)
green coriander (1tbsp)
make batter with all this ingredients given above.

ادرک پسی ہوئی (1 کھانے کا چمچ)
ہرا دھنیا (1 چمچ)
