The Mad Scientist Behind The Craziest Running Shoe Lab: Geoffrey Gray | Mr Rubio Used To Run ep 20
One of the best MRUTRs to date!
Such a great episode!
Great episode! Loved Geoff.
Want a 52 years old internship? ❤
This was really cool. Thanks for bringing these folks in that we don't get to typically hear from but are doing some serious work in the industry
Another episode 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🔥
❤
Awesome stuff. Seems like a dream job over there with Dr. Gray.
fantastic interview, more of Mr. Rubio
A great interview again , thank you . The original Skechers Razor's were fantastic shoes ...shame their styling was for toddlers. To my mind only now years later can Brooks match the quality of that midsole foam (though DNA loft & flash is more durable )
When the skechers razor 4 released, the midsole compound was a game changer and was far ahead of everyone! It will be interesting see if they can make a comeback in the coming years. -Connor
Great episode. Totally agree about the lower stack height for strength building. I use to run in the early kinvaras ( 3 and on wards) then when the clifton v1 came out my 10km time had a massive drop. Speed through strength.
