One of the best games ever! I play it almost every day, one of the very few games that lets the player play how they want, top gameplay, top graphics, what more could you want? A nearly perfect game, incredibly far ahead of its time with its complexity and depth if you like, that was one of the reasons why many people couldn't get to grips with the game when it came out.
Game has come a long way....I was there for beta.Constantly play this and Wildlands, they never get deleted from the hard drive! Keep up the good work my man!!
Ubisoft really turned Breakpoint around. The foundations are solid - there's not much else out there with decent NPCs at these scales, single player nevermind COOP. And on coop they went above and beyond, allowing demo players to group freely with anyone running a legit copy. Which is hardly even necessary; its easy enough to get the entire ultimate bundle for about 10 bucks these days. Shame Ubi blew so much good will across their entire product line over so many years. They really tried to earn it back over the last 4 years or so. Especially given the state Breakpoint is in these days. There's a lot of good lessons to have been learned, but I think too many publishers - Ubi the least of which - are going to take the wrong lessons from the matter. Even though Ubisoft REALLY went out of their way for Breakpoint, it was just too little too late. There's 0 confidence from a community to buy anything from them day one, and without that base, all the good effort put into things like Breakpoint just evaporate in the wake of the next-big-thing. I really can't talk up Breakpoint enough. It's not the best tacticsal game out there. Not by a longshot, but it's solid at its base, and has a lot of good point that can't be had anywhere else. I've even put a little bit of plunging fire tactics to use in coop. Even the loot mode is a bit fun for the MGS Peace Walker style robot boss raids. Completely out there, but still a fun diversion. There's just so much content, and most all of it can be played so many different ways even outside the Loot/Immersive dichotomy, which can be swapped between on the fly. The devs absolutely pulled the production out of the garbage can into something to proudly put back on the shelf. Game is just so good. I'll shut my trap now, lest I start sounding like a shill. I'm just a sucker for some OK coop, and about for what Breakpoint offers, the only thing else out there that delivers is still only Wildlands. I have to go to ARMA for anything more.
HOL-Y-SHIT! Ima have to give this one another go! I tried playing it when it first came out and I just couldn't get down with the gear mechanic/no teammates. Looks so much better in immersive mode. Thanks for the showcase B!
When the game came out, when you put your supressor on/off, so did your team. It even says something about it in the beginning. Now it doesn't. They need to bring it back.
I waited 2 years to get my PS5 and my Xbox Series X. I actually got both from a pawn store for $300 each. My Xbox oOne was working just fine and at the any game that was being released for PS5 and for Xbox series was still being released for the PS4 and Xbox One
There's really only 2 things I have an issue with in Breakpoint. One being every vehicle is an enemy vehicle, there's no civilians driving in this game which makes no sense. And two being that I get booted off mission every half hour. Like I'd be doing a mission & then all of a sudden it'd go to a loading screen, & I'd get loaded into a spot 2 miles away from where I was. Like wtf....
I just bought my first PS5 Nov. 2024… Sold my PS4 a couple months ago before the PS5 was supposed to release thinking I would be able to get the PS5 when it came out. I was wrong… Very bad mistake, and I regretted it for 4yrs until last month…
I understand the sentiment and appreciate Wildlands for how that felt with civilians. However here martial law has been declared and so there is a bit of sense to not having civilians running around everywhere. I do believe that the world in Wildlands just felt better.
It’s systems & the way it tells the story & how the missions are structured, etc, it’s convoluted as hell. Like a freemium title that is trying to confuse ppl into spending more money. The same can be said for a game like “Just Cause 4” why the hell are we overcomplicating our games like this? It just ruins the immersion. The core gameplay is solid. But the whole thing is a mess that will leave you with a headache. Studying maps & menus trying to figure out what the hell is going on & how you are supposed to best maximize your gaming experience. There are mission markers all over the map that don’t make sense. There is leveling system tied to missions that doesn’t make sense. The first game doesn’t have to junk & clearly it’s a better game for it
The game runs like shit on 4090.. not to mention the controller problems that weren't solved in so many years and it's the only game that has problems like that. So no, it's not the story or the gameplay, but overall optimization.
It's all the goofy drones and the design architecture of the "futuristic" buildings and facilities.. they all just look so artificial, and it's really immersion breaking. When I played the game, I only really enjoyed clearing the cold war era bases, and with as many drones as possible turned off. Even then, there's something about the style and atmosphere that just leaves me feeling uninterested in the game
Man, this game is amazing. Watching this made me go back & replay it again. Very underrated game & blows Wildlands away.

HOL-Y-SHIT! Ima have to give this one another go! I tried playing it when it first came out and I just couldn't get down with the gear mechanic/no teammates. Looks so much better in immersive mode. Thanks for the showcase B!

Love the game just very hard 😂

@Brian Menard Map size of Auroa is 2500 square kilometers (50x50)(including sea). Wildlands is just 625 sq. kilometers (25x25).
Im back to this game again thanks to you Brian 💪

Yes✔️👌
@undergroundcity9789 definitely worth it.
I just bought my first PS5 Nov. 2024… Sold my PS4 a couple months ago before the PS5 was supposed to release thinking I would be able to get the PS5 when it came out. I was wrong… Very bad mistake, and I regretted it for 4yrs until last month…
Same thing happened to me 😂 four years later and I had already purchased this game when it came out
This game just needs civilians
I understand the sentiment and appreciate Wildlands for how that felt with civilians. However here martial law has been declared and so there is a bit of sense to not having civilians running around everywhere. I do believe that the world in Wildlands just felt better.
This game needs offline mode first and foremost

Comments count!

Breaking point was a big downgrade in terms of story and entertainment
This game Still doesn't look better then wildlands it looks so cartoon like
The cut scenes are just as good as wildlands
It's all the goofy drones and the design architecture of the "futuristic" buildings and facilities.. they all just look so artificial, and it's really immersion breaking. When I played the game, I only really enjoyed clearing the cold war era bases, and with as many drones as possible turned off. Wildlands 💯👍✔️
@konachris6587 like a cartoon world that they randomly put building in
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Speak Slowlier, please, you've been watched by foreigners also
Next question
the multi player still sucks and that's is sad..but the single player are great to day..
ti ho già scritto in un altro filmato che parli troppo e rompi i santissimi...
You are clearly on the wrong channel, bro. Also, post in English the next time.
this games ass. people only praise it cause theirs no other triple a 3rd person tactical shooter. I'll rather play Ready or Not and Gray Zone Warfare
