What Obito was wrong about was starting his plan earlier and not between the end of The Last and the beginning of Boruto (which would have been a great opportunity that he missed).
This music is truly amazing, it's quite compatible with final boss and manages to give me goosebumps whenever I hear it, one of the best pieces ever made
