It really sounds like a BAND.
It's one thing demoing gear and larking about, but the music has to measure up for all of that to be relevant. Otherwise it's just social media noise. The reason that people pay attention is evidenced right here. No single member stands out, yet the entire band all do a fabulous job, with not the easiest material. One of the most complex structures yet, and Rob delivering again on the vocals in a way that listeners to Aeromancy (v1) would have barely imagined possible. Rabea has already become a true world class player even if he's too modest to admit it, and the rythmn section are inventive, skilled and tight as a ducks arse. Well done lads!

Exactly... No one stands out? wtyf? DAVE IS AMAZIN. I mean, they all are, bea is also top tier guitarist etc, but Dave is sth totally uncommon in nature... I can't think of too many bass players of this level (maybe that is my ignorance of good music, tho ;D).
This shit is so good to work out to. When Rob starts screaming at the end you feel like you can just lift the entire gym with one arm.

Love Robs singing in this song, when you compare this to early Dorje you really notice how much Robs singing has gotten abouslutey incredible over the years.

I've been watching Chappers play for years, I've seen his playing evolve, and I think he absolutely killed with that solo. Not too technical, not too slow, just very tasteful.

I keep coming back to this track - it is so incredible. The stand out for me though is Rob's vocals. He sounds like an absolute rock power house here and it is so cool. It is rare to get a group made up of such talented musicians these days but Dorje was that and something else - every member is a virtuoso in their own right. I do hope they reunite one day! This track is insanely good!! Love it!

Man, Rob's vocals in this song are like a punch to the faces of guys telling he'll never be a proper vocalist. His scream at the end gave me shivers and hardly anything does :D

I can never quite shake the impression that Chappers is the middle-aged dad living his deferred rockstar dreams by partnering up with a younger band who were/are going places without him under another name anyway, but Rob's singing has improved as fast as he's aged (as if the two can be quantified in any comparable fashion). However, Dorje is swiftly becoming one of my favourite bands - just a little distance behind Toska. I can't wait to see what Ben, Dave and Bea do next...

Wow. Just pure genius. The lyrical meaning, the riff synchronisation and the overall progression of the song is just astonishing! The progression from the ambient first verse to the super groovey riff in the second, gets me every time. Robs solo has to be up there as one of my favourites, just ever, and the screaming bellows at the end create this truly epic aura. This song has inspired me and excited me for what the rest of the ep has to offer, can't wait for the official release!

Don't particularly liked the beginning, but everything from Rob's first scream at the end of the second chorus onwards gave me chills - the solo, the screaming, etc. Very good buildup, and very strong emotions conveyed. Also, as many other people have mentioned, Rob's vocals are slowly becoming insanely good.
Edit: I should mention that I will now continue to listen to this song for about 3 or more times today, because the first song of you I heard was Catalyst, and I didn't really like that in the beginning, too. Just something about good music, that you always have to let it grow on you, but once it does, it never stops growing.
A lot of proggy bands are a very slow burn.
