We actually watched every episode when it aired. So, that makes me a witness, along with millions of other viewers around the world . We support Captain Paul Watson. "Who else is a witness?"✋️
Danish courts are generally fair, there could be many reasons it wouldn't be allowed. I'm against his extradition to Japan, but at the same time, the courts have to do their job when a suspect wanted by Interpol lands in a Danish territory.
We shouldn't have to explain why oceanic ecosystems and the state of our oceans can benefit and hurt a peninsular power like Denmark. or an island nation like Japan. Paul Watson is not against your best interest. Don't punish principled and courageous people because they happen to be successful as well. Denmark should make friends with Paul Watson. International laws and regulations, court orders in Australia, policies of the commission, these things have to mean something in this world. Or this world is upside down and twisted, and doomed if it doesn't reverse. The legal force behind Watson's interventions can't simply be shrugged off. If Watson's going to be a political prisoner, this has to be fought in court. Denmark could win a lot of brownie points like the UK just did for releasing Assange btw. I would think a lot of Japanese would admire Watson for being so far removed from the norm, like a star on an anime cartoon. Japan and all nations must start to DO SOMETHING to protect the oceans. One guy does, and he's the problem are you serious? Stop harming the oceans. We don't want a future with dead and dying ocean, we're doing more harm than we can count. It is said we all have a collective moral and ethical duty to protect the oceans. Excuse Paul Watson for taking that seriously.
We stand with you Paul, as we have for decades. The eyes of the world are on Denmark. Playing handmaiden to Japan by kidnapping an environmental legend for a decade old false charge is absolutely despicable, weak and will not stand. Shame covers you, Denmark.
That isn't what's happening, if you want to blame someone, blame Interpol. Denmark has an obligation to them to detain and consider the extradition request. Laws are laws for a reason. Denmark is one of the countries at the forefront of environmental science and green energy.
@@Sarah-no6ez No, not after all these years. The bogus charge has been on the books for over a decade at Interpol. Not one self-respecting country CHOSE TO ENFORCE SUCH A CORRUPT AND FACTUALLY SUSPECT CHARGE EXCEPT FOE DENMARK NOW! That is untrue. Please check the history and the facts-not national propaganda.
is that all, unbelievable Japan, this is so pathetic just to get paul from not ever campaigning again and Pete Bethune, why did he and Paul fall out, Pete Bethune was hero that day 💙
As far as I'm aware, in order for Pete to get himself released from jail in Japan, he had to say to say that he was ordered by Paul to board the Japanese vessel. This then gave Japan the prime opportunity to put Paul on the Red list and a warrant issued for his arrest. Although Pete retracted his statement he gave to the Japanese once freed, Paul I believe was aggrieved and felt Pete had pushed him under the bus!
Keep fighting the good fight. I haven't eaten commercially caught seafood in years as a direct result of you and your actions. As far as the video, it is very quiet. i can hardly hear it on my laptop and the text was so quick i had to keep stopping the video to read it.

Far be it for me to ask if there is any move to approach the International Court of Human Rights given that Paul has been denied all of his rights under the Danish kangaroo Court by mot allowing his evidence to be seen? There are multiple international courts that deal with human rights, including the European Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice: European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) This court interprets the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and rules on applications from individuals or states that claim their rights have been violated. The ECtHR is based in Strasbourg, France and was established in 1959.
The Danish courts are considerably more fair than the American mockery of a justice system. To call them Kangaroo courts is extremely insulting, your ignorance shines brightly.
@@Sarah-no6ez I am English in England. I am very well aware of the corrupt judicial system in all countries, not just America. . However, because this case is high profile and the fact that the Danish judiciary overseeing Captain Paul Watson's wrongful manipulated arrest being in cahoot with Japan, correctly labels this fiasco to be a 'kangaroo Court, thus void of affording Human rights to the innocent. You are blind and bias not to see this!
Paul Watson had his men dump glass bottles and chemical butyric acid into the ocean in the Southern Ocean! Are you happy to be complicit with criminals? There are numerous criminal acts of Sea Shepherd if you look for them.
When an Interpol arrest warrant comes through, Denmark takes that very seriously. The matter will be brought before an equitable court and he will be given a fair hearing. Denmark generally doesn't extradite people if they may face bogus trials or inhumane treatment.
one thing I don't get is the part where he states no one is on the side of the ship @0:45 (the crewman who got injured) ...and the following up close shot shows three Japanese sailors on the side of the ship going in the same direction...shooting tear gas and that's how he got injured @0:49.... this is not very clear to me.
Boarding a boat or ship on the high seas unlawfully is piracy, it matters not if you think that the vessel is acting illegally you are not the appropriate authority to take action.
Paul Watson should come to Japan with dignity if he wants to prove his innocence! Coward? He ignored the Russian whaling for some reason. This is violent racism against only certain whaling nations!
Innocence in Japan bro the world knows how stupid your justice system is. You would kill him by keeping him in jail with no evidence we know how things in your dystopian nation works where old people have more rights then the young generation.
Bro your justice system is stupid. With over 90% of conviction rate you would simply force him to say he is guilty we all know how it works in your country 😂. Guilty until proven innocence is the moto of your justice system. How many people have your justice system killed by keeping them in jail and then saying we didn't have any evidence 🥺. Can't accept mush from the country who has no regrets for their war crime during ww2
