► More About Stellar Blade
Stellar Blade is played from a third-person perspective. Combat focuses on grasping the attack patterns of enemies and countering with precise timing. Eve’s Beta Gauge is filled by parrying and evading in combat. The Beta Gauge is spent to use skills such as piercing super armor and enemy combo interruption.
Eve also has a Burst Gauge filled through successive parries and combos, which can be used to activate buffs and powerful attacks. The game utilizes the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller's haptic feedback to deliver feedback on enemy attacks and weapon accuracy.
Exploration features wall scaling and swinging on ropes for environmental traversal, with things to be found including extra costumes. The overworld has NPCs who can provide Eve with side quests, with the option of either taking them on or ignoring them.
Scattered throughout the world are supply camp checkpoints where the player will restore health and retrieve stored items, though doing so respawns all Naytibas in the surrounding area, similar to the Meditation Circles in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

I don't even care if the actual stuff I get from the Deluxe version are worth it, I want to support these developers. I'm paying what I feel the game is worth based on the demo alone.

My thoughts exactly. This isn't even the kind of game I'd normally play, but I was determined to support any developer who stands up to the DEI police. I've ordered the Digital Deluxe game.

I’m actually confused about the preorder bonuses, since the wording seems to imply you can later unlock the same outfit. Either way, I preordered my copy physical. Don’t want Sony to one day decide they want to take it back

I believe you're a bit mistaken there in the beggining. The planet diving suit is not a recolor of her original suit. It's actually, a completely different suit. Unimportant detail perhaps but I thought I'd mention it either way.
Imo, they are the same, I mean the appearance perhaps, and I know that people will think that way as well. But yeah totally different suits.

the preorder bonus suit isnt just a recolor, its a different suit altogether

I bought the digital deluxe and seeing as there are 70+ costumes I wish I didn't. I felt obligated to use the stargazer outfit since I paid for it.

I forgot to mention that while I don't think the extra $10 is worth it, I'm happy to support the developer for including all of the cosmetic options in the base game instead of selling them individually with micro-transactions.

Will there be a deluxe edition upgrade available? With the way things are, I tend to get physical releases instead which I preordered but I was hoping there would be an like a $10 upgrade available separately to purchase.
Hello Naruto, usually there is. In the past, they always provide an upgrade.
Physical always. Also using accumulated reward points from the store and getting the game for half the price and netting some more reward points. Digital just doesn't make sense to me.

Too bad there are no physical deluxe editions, miss opportunity (like a steelcase, some goodies, of course codes for the skins and stuff). I preorder physical because I firmly believe you should owned something with your hard earned money. Digital is just a bs for me.
This is totally true. However, here in our country, stuff tends to get way late. This is one of the reasons why I am getting digital. But If I will be giving an option, physical is the way to go!

I believe you can only get the pre-order rewards, if you pre-ordered from your local store. But hey, deluxe is not that much of important and I believe no deluxe version for that.

it's been erase from steam,
all who have bought that game got erase from their library, never get back, and not getting refund,
even not long ago on last month,
PS5 owners lose access to hundreds of games as digital purchases wiped from their accounts, i don't want that terifying incident happening to me
Agreed, online only service games I'll no longer buy simply because it's voting with our wallets. They will continue to test the waters on how to increase profit, business will be business. What we can do as gamers is say no and that's going to be through our money as money talks. Dusted off my ol 360 and I'm so glad I bought majority in physical disc's. After the crew things where they can at any time just shut a game down completely and delete the license from your library that's a no go in my book. Just remember anything digital, any media in general can be delete with a simple keystroke. Just something to keep in mind as the future unfolds.

@@tommy516 why would it? Because the characters are sexy? I don't get embarrassed by what I choose to play. Characters look awesome, enemies look awesome, badass combat, nice music and probably in for a good stroy. I didn't get embarrassed playing Bayonetta and this game seems tamer in comparison.
