Watching this made me smile. my husband and I never thought we would ever be homeless but here we are homeless at no fault or ours. we have a 5 year old autistic granddaughter whom we co-parent with my daughter who also has autism. This year Rosalea has been put on the Angel tree. Thank you for all you do;

Awww that's awesome. I am definitely going to call my local salvation army and go and do that. I done it one year I adopted a boy and a girl. I had so much fun shopping for them. We lost our son in 2009, and every year since we buy to donate to "Toys for Tots" locally. It helps us to help other children, and to do it in our son Zach's memory. Wishing you and your beautiful family a very Merry Christmas🎄🙏❤

Salvation Army what a wonderful idea during a difficult time off cost of living crisis globally everywhere.
Here in the UK the Salvation Army they set a price for donation but it’s really for whatever you can afford.
I think you’re wonderful family. You’re doing exactly what I would love to do I don’t like to see other people suffer, but I get told off for being too generous too.

Most walmarts have a Christmas tree near the entrance with tags on them and you can just grab a tag, buy the gifts, and give them to customer service.

You guys are Awesome and it's really a great thing to give another child a great Christmas too! My family always picks one some times two or three if we can from the Angel Tree and buy for them and we always do a shopping trip to the grocery store and get everything for a great Christmas meal and then deliver it to the family the week before Christmas....

I was curious about sibling groups because I did not see any hanging on the tree and I would hate to get gifts for one child and not the other but there was no way of knowing???

I have 2 adopted children so every year we pick 2 teens to adopt for christmas and i love it
We do a child or two from the Angel Tree at church every year. It's a great way to give back! We try to get teens bc they are always looked over this time of year. The little one y'all are helping is going to have a very Merry Xmas this year! Love everything you got him! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes! Teens and babies are always the age ranges that get over looked. We picked this child because they were asking for diapers and it just hurts my heart to know that parents struggle with basic necessities in a world that is so so wealthy.

Awesome job guys!!! I am devastated by the older kids on the angel trees, get left out because their clothes and items are so expensive.
Yes babies and teens are usually over looked. We choose this child because they asked for diapers and wipes, it's just not right that we live in a world where parents have to struggle for basic necessities.

That's so nice of you guys to give to charity we should try & do something for charity all year around not just at Christmas I like doing the shoe boxes some times were you choose a gender & age range & wrap the shoe box with wrapping up paper & fill it with toys/toiletries etc 🙂❤ x

Oh that’s SO COOL!! My sister does the same thing. She once was poor and had a newborn. Someone helped her out with this kind of situation and now she wants to repay. So this is was she does every year now that she is back on track.Also my sister choose Huggies Wipes for sensitive skin for her now 2 and a half year old… also her boyfriend doesn’t know what bluey is either. Aka it took him about 6 month to figure that one out cause my sister was like: no that’s not bluey, that’s blue’s clues. That’s also not bluey. That’s paw patrol…. Our son literally watches the show everyone morning on Disney Junior”

You can just give it the walmart customer service along with the tag that has the childs ID number and they take care of it!

Its just a program called "adopt a child for Christmas" it's not actually adopting a child you just buy them Christmas gifts.

I give to a local toy drive in my area for my birthday every year for the last 10 years or so I tell my family and friends to give to a food or toy drive then get me a gift for my Birthday
So sweet of y'all. Do y'all know any place I can go to get any gifts for my 7 year old daughter? Leaving an abusive relationship means I'm struggling right now.
There are so many organizations, toys for tots, the salvation army angel tree, shop with a cop, etc. However most of them require applications and signs ups in advanced and it is probably to late for any of those. So I would check with local churches, and maybe even the city/town hall. I know our city has an event scheduled to help raise donations for toys. Honestly google searches, facebook searches, and even asking your kids school (if they are school age) should help you find a lot of resources. Good luck and we wish you the best Christmas🎄
