I recommend Health Insurance. Here in Argentina it is named Obra Social. Even foreigners can apply without a DNI. Just contact private hospitals. Every city has a few. Here in Buenos Aires there is Hospital Alemán or Hospital Italiano. There's many more. They provide faster and better service, and in better facilities.
Hey there! Just to be specific, "Obra Social" is all social work assistance from the Unions (education aid, health aid and economic aid), and being this type of health care Union-based makes them part of the Public system. Private Health Insurance is "Medicina Privada" (Swiss Medical, OSDE, Galento, etc) generally relates to private companies that have their own infrastructure, it's a faster and nicer experience overall, and depending on your membership (it can be part of your salary in your company, or you can pay a monthly fee privately) you may be partially of fully refunded. Obra social often relies on either third-party or public infrastructure, but you may get discounts on medication or a few other benefits), often users having to make co-payments for certain things. It's SO MUCHE MORE COMPLICATED than a UA-cam post, but I hope it all kinda makes sense! 😄

I emigrated from the USA to the UK back in ’98 and became a naturalised UK citizen in 2004. I only visit the USA every few years now. Each time I do, I see more businesses and houses boarded up and Americans looking shabbier and, of course, fatter.
