Whenever you have a bunch of d20s, find a open area with lots of cover and try them if any of the results are a keeper. If you use them in battle then you may lose or ignore the goodies.

You couldn't see Johnson because you have to like actively look for him, and those D20G drop so much stuff you've missed, really gotta check the weapons on the floors better

In those Library Flood tunnels, using the spin kick or hat barrage on the needler flood would have worked well.
