I don't mean they were weak before, but after seeing Aqua's plays and feeling the scrim atmosphere when she's there, they're so motivated to catch her. Of course, other higher level players like vgori, astel, hinano, chiichan, pakael, kana kuzu, and noah have an impact on player motivation as well. Vsaikyo this time is hype 🔥

    This is the stuff I enjoy as a fan of customs and apex. A literal perfect team for Aqua to feel comfortable and allow her to adapt at her own pace and than show her crazy mechanics. Let her build her confidence on the first few days playing with Towa as IGL so she doesn't feel overwhelmed and distracted. Now that she has some experience and the confidence of playing so well that she is main IGL with Towa secondary calling. You absolutely love to see it.

    • @toto8665
      @toto8665 2 роки тому +12

      Actually what I heard in Towa and Aqua stream, Towa is still more like the igl because she's commanding Suisei and Aqua too.. Aqua also said that sometime she's didnt realize that she's playing too aggressive and going too far from the team, so Towa always called her and put her back. But I hope she's built that confidence and become good igl, with a little help from Towa of course 😏🔥

    • @Why_Do_I_Need_A_Handle_Name

      It's not about Aqua being not confident or being too overwhelmed/distracted. Aqua admitted to sometimes just doing what she feels to be doing before relaying to her teammates about it, that's why she passed the IGL to Towa.

    No wonder for someone who got 10pt with Master rank, her skill is no joke. Glad she decided to participate in the tournament. At first I thought it was a risk to participate without a coach, but now I know what she meant. Like ShibuyaHAL said, she must be awesome to be in Master without a coach at all. She know how to learn and of course, the game sense.

    • @madeupalias1667

      @arcza1311 2 роки тому +17

      @@madeupalias1667 I don't think so. If there had been a coach, I think she would have improved a lot more than she does now. At least she can talk to strangers when she's in the game, lol. I guess her desire to win led her to play by herself, so she used her main, Wraith. If there was a coach, she probably would have picked a different character, but her aim and character control was already at the best state, so it doesn't matter. Perhaps the problem is there is no time to learn in short period to maximize the skills of the character she would choose other than now, so the decision to choose Wraith is the right one. Just imagine if she left her Wraith, or unlocked another secret skill that she didn't know before from training arc with the coach. A new monster would be born.

    • @AnimeGamer0
      @AnimeGamer0 2 роки тому +2

      @@arcza1311 If she switches out of Wraith, I’d probably be Ash since her Ash play is just as good as her Wraith. Most of the coaching honestly would’ve gone to Suisei to get her up to speed and have her pick a good champion for her (it seems she has settled on Valkyrie). TBH - the coach wouldn’t help them much other then help them craft a tournament-specific strategy (choosing landing spot, rotation timings for certain bubbles, counter-play when knowing who you are facing, etc.) for their team and help Suisei in game sense, since I feel her mechanical skill is decent as her FPS play from other games helps her out.
      That said, I think the big reason there is no coach is because this will be Aqua’s only APEX tournament appearance ever. And it’s doubtful Suisei may play in another tournament as well (she’s only on the team because of Aqua.) So it makes it hard for a coach to come in for only a 2-3 week period.
      Oh, and these are all things that Towa can do on her own already as the experienced tournament player of the three.

    • @rainscents

      @@arcza1311 having someone to determine the method you are playing is the exact opposite of solo master. From being solo to have a coach to synergize the team will definitely make her concious about everything, and it will definitely affect her performance. Their Aim and reaction time is about the same skill level, but if in terms of movement techs, Aqua dominates by a lot, and she can maintain her great aim while doing her movement tricks. Also, they both have quite different playstyles, in serious matches like rank, Selen is quite a defensive/passive type of player, while Aqua is the aggressive type. Being aggressive is risky but she makes up for it with her good decision making skills and reaction time.
