For the last 9 months, the Pharmacist has seen me coming there and will ask 1 person to go to the front because that Pharmacist employee knows basic American Sign Language. I have been going there for years without anyone knowing any Sign Language, and you knew we could communicate by using Mobile. I felt it was wrong for the Pharmacist to ask a different Pharmacist to come to the front to use Sign Language. I did not request anything but to come to pay and pick up my RXs. Should I allow that or make it direct communication to them, not try to make it dependable? I usually knew I could request it, but I did not.
