PSA to anyone who might end up dealing with what I'm going through atm. I bought the Dove spray for men because it's sandalwood scented. I used it for maybe 4 days and then disaster! 😭 my underarm got these painful lumps. That took weeks to go away. And after that I developed a rash that turned into a different bacterial infection. Like a yeast infection but under my arm. You guys it's been awful. It's only now healing and going away. Just be careful with what you use. I don't want this to happen to any of you.

I've never gotten bumps or lumps under my armpits until I used Dove deodorant. The body wash is wonderful though. I will never use the deodorant again. It's expensive but that's ok. It's causing painful bumps I can barely lift my arm.

Dr V, I'm in India atm and I've discovered an indian skincare brand 'chemist at play'. I've bought their roll on Deodorant which has mandelic and lactic acid I've seen that it is starting to work. I was wondering if you could review it! The company reminds me of the inkey list.
I bought a Dove spray deodorant. Since I have liked their body wash for many years, not soapy and drying like a lot if soaps or body washes. So I thought I'd try their spray deodorant. It was a vanilla and coconut scent. It's terrible! It smells like a cross between baby powder and Febreeze. Seriously! And there's the tiniest of undertone of coconut. It keeps your armpits fairly dry but smells horrific.
Omg wow thank you for this I have such bad eczema patch on armpits and wondered if dermatitis from deodorants omg who can go without tho! It’s a nightmare feeling trying to figure what things cud be esp wen on neck area and face too Is deodorant is it shower gel Help
I'm quite surprised to see all the dove deodorant reviews here cause I use it for fairly a long time and I love it, hasn't cause any issues for me, also didn't know deodorant aren't supposed to have fragrance - my question is are we supposed to avoid perfume and fragrance completely? like is there potential harm in using perfumes?

Even men's one too I think,I had terrible sensations on my armpits after using dove 72 hr dry spray.
It gave me really bad skin rashes

Tip: if it says “unscented,” it likely still has fragrance. Look for products that are non-toxic and FRAGRANCE FREE

same thing happened to me with the gel ones!! it was horrible and all they did was send me a discount for their clinical deoderant

Same thing happened to me! It was awful! I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me antibiotics. What a horrible mess.
Dove causes a painful lump under my arms. Suave is the best. It masks the smell nice and doesnt cause a lump under my arm

Avoid yeast and sugary foods and drinks. Yeast is abundant in psoriasis and dermatitis.

I have been using Dove for years and it doesn't break me out. Everybody skin is different,maybe they can't use dove.
You didn't inform us of any aluminum ingredient, which is a leading cause of Alhzeimer's.
