But on herself she has her flaws which balance her pretty well. All she needs imo is a low that isn't death on block and at least some consistency in d3. The range is fine but the amount of times I've expected a clean hit and not gotten it is actually stupid. So the new S4 (a low hopefully) move and a fix to d3 could make her a lot better
No one's sleepin on her. Thing is: with all the inputs to do a decent combo, you could have destroyed someone with same effort using Akuma/Geese. PS: with the new Eliza buffs you should be able to destroy easily. Gonna fight you once the patch for S4 drops Wes. C you then... Yours truly, x-KEI-x
Why do people even say she's bad, anyways? I've heard a lot of people say so, and then there are people who say she isn't bad. Can someone please explain to me why she is considered low-tier, I'm a noob who doesn't understand much.
Well Eliza is a counterhit/mix-up character, she likes players trying to pressure her with good but risky execution heavy punishment and risky counterhit launches. People are saying she's good because they don't know the counter for a lot of her moves that have legit counters to them. Also she has the highest online winrate. So it's being said that she's really good because of that. While truth is, online winrates are represented by casual level play. So I think that should not be a statistic to gauge a characters strengths or weaknesses as to most casual players don't know what they're doing half of the time. Generally speaking the Eliza is top 10 gang are overestimating her abillity. Players say that a low, from stance, that is steppable or launch punish on block is making her broken.. When she only gets a launch off of that using meter or being at the wall. At the wall it gives a small wall combo. And then it's a guessing game. Like with anyone at the wall. She got bumped up a bit by S3 buffs so she isn't low tier anymore. I'd say she's solid mid tier now. The reason she's not higher than that is because she only really shines at the wall, in neutral she's working with bad frames, high execution demand and her damage isn't that high unless certain circumstances. She's hard to fight, so I understand people are frustrated. But she really isn't as good as she is now made out to be. Top 10 lol 😂
The game has up to 5 rounds per match though. The game is having an issue with damage. Like first hit into combo and wake-up situantion mixups into death. But I think it's still very enjoyable none the less 🙂
