I love the Knuck engine, amazing exhaust and zig-zag Z bars a lot. That insane frame rake, long-stem bouncy springer and old-style "slingshot rail" dragster front wheel and tire -- not so much. The first Knuck that I beheld with an exhaust like that one was on my buddy's ("Beast's") chopped 1947 Knuck. That was in 1971, when I made that exhaust in my dad's old welding/fab shop. Two weeks of bending, welding and grinding got it finished, chromed and on the bike. "Beast" (RIP). Thanks, guys, for a hard-fought battle with that exhaust. It looks bruisin'! Be careful out there!

Well I need help with from an expert I'm going to 1980 shovelhead with del crown cases 88 cubic inch stroker.. it could be a little bigger I'm not really sure I bought it used but I've got an S&S carburetor and I had to go all the way up to a 33 intermediate jet .. stop the coughing it wasn't bad but it would just happen at the wrong time like going into a turn we're starting off from a light.. I started off with a 295 that what was in it and then I went to a 31 it has a 72 main Jet I did put a air bleed of a 45 in it.. so the intermediate stays a little more useful before the main jet does.. any help should does it matter if it such a big intermediate jet tx 😁👍

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend told me that's actually her cousin's moto shop and these guys pay him to come in once a week (usually on a Monday) to shoot a video and pretend to build choppers. I don't know for sure if that's true, but they've never denied it. And it kind of makes sense.
