Praying for the government to support teachers particularly DEPed teachers. They are not well compensated and the responsibilities are loaded 😢 No wonder they quit and teach abroad. Praying for salary increase. These teachers deserve high pay.

napakahirap po magpapromote, sana po gawin ng automatic promotion at magbased po sa years in service ni teacher. wag ng pahirapan ang teacher, hayaan na makapagfocus sa pagtuturo at ibsan ang paperworks
Maglagay kayo ng personnels na professional yung marunong at May tiyak na karanasan yung nasubukanan na, tulad noong 1975 basic education lang yung pero literacy efficiency noon 75% ngayon 20% na lang,kapag umiral nabuang matatag ba baka 10% na literacy efficiency rate.... Nagsimula sa integrated tapos naging kto12 at ngayon matatag naman,ang problema ay sumasalamin sa mga opisyal ng DepEd na naglalaro at puro experiment na educational system,kawawa ang mga guro sila na sisisi,samantalang puro kayo reports,promotions,seminars,orientation research,studies na walang kapaguran na ang resulta parapernallia education,puro sa papel lang kayo mahusay? Ano ginawa ni Luistro?Briones?Sara? Nakabuti ba sa education mga yan?
d namin kelangan yang pesteng career progression na yan dahil lahat nyan politika lang.kumbaga d ka pwd ma promote kapag d ka kaibigan ng principal supervisor or superintendent.much worse d ka ma promote kapag walang under d table kagaya ko

We have already lost our best teachers..Others are moving out.our education system is a mess. Budget is politicised.shame to bad politicians. The dept is used for randstanding aimed at the next elections to keep themselves in power. Teachers are kept poor to make them pliable for political manipulations. Our children suffer ignorance and low performance. Keep them poor. This government aims to poor the people and buy the people.panay ayuda.Puro panakip butas.

Yes po napakahirap magpapromote, ibase na lang po Nila sa year in service , lahat naman po ay naattend ng seminars.
