Never heard of this track before but I’m grateful I do now, top notch video as usual!

It reminds me a story of a track that it should have been built near to my town, it would have been a 4 km track near to a river and near to a train station and it would have been on a big field.
The track could have hosted F4 or even F3 races, but the project failed for two motives:
1-there was not sufficient money for the project
2-the owner of the field at last rejected the idea of a track on the field
Would have been at 10 minutes to my house
That sucks😢 unlucky!
I want to be the owner of a big field just to build a track, I want to make this project

Public land in the UK isn't actually owned by the public. A council, managing authority or private landowner owns it and declares it open for public use.

I kept saying to people at the time, who would want a cow in their back garden, it says it all, yes the welsh gov were stupid, but i think they did it with good intentions. The guy sold them and the people of Blaenau gwent badly and people wanted opportunity.
The best opportunity for the ebbwnarea is to pump up local investment and let it grow naturally and expens from there, the UK gov wreaked this area years ago through
