- Join me on day's landscape photography in Co Wicklow, Ireland. Starting at Lough Tay and working around the Sally Gap, we visit the woodland near Laragh and round up the day at Glendalough for a superb sighting of a Sika deer in the water.
love the pine photo. well spotted - typical Wicklow....misty and amazing
Thanks Cillin, Glad you mentioned typical Wicklow - the amount of days with fog on the Sally Gap - it creates good photographic conditions - unfortunately we can't pick the days we're free to go out and do a little photography! Jimmy
Always looking forward to seeing your next video. So inspiring. Thanks
Thanks Vlad, I'll have to make another one soon. Really appreciate the comment. Jimmy
Loved that shot of the copper colored reflections..
Thanks Mark, Will have to get soon again - this year is flying by Jimmy
That deer shot is beautiful!
Thanks Colm, I was shooting reflections in the water when he first appeared and switched to a longer lens not knowing he would come within a few feet to inspect me. I had to switch back to a wider lens. Jimmy
Great video and stunning shots as usual. Nice one.
Thanks Richard, Jimmy
Nice photos, loved the copper reflections one
Thanks Maria, I'll have to go back to that river in autumn when the colours have turned - not too far away now - can't believe it will be August soon Jimmy
Lovely poetic video. Hope your injury is healed by now....what a nightmare for a photographer.
Thanks Anne, The eye has improved - have been taking macro photographs lately - will have to make a video about it Jimmy
Jimmy, can you share the tripod model you're using?
Hi AK, it’s Benro Rhino with a centre column. Nice and light. I think the model number is in description. It’s not the best for macro - they have a version without centre column. I got this one due to light weight and height - good for woodland photography jimmy
