This is absolutely *gorgeous*. I actually don't always like the album recording because the music tends to wash out the vocals too much, but this has given the song new life for me. I'm almost in tears listening to this, it's so beautiful. And it was just the right song to listen to after just breaking up with someone... It really helped.

As a matter of fact Bloc Party is my favourite contemporary band, I saw them last month and I literally cried when they played "So Here We Are". This is my favourite song of all time.
