So basically adding a node to your system removes the parameter limits by MA? Would the same work with an ELC node in sACN?

It will not remove any parameter limits as far as I know, but it will just give you some more DMX outputs👍
I dont have much experience with sACN, but I think the principle should be pretty much the same. I hope that it will work for you!

It will for sure not increase the available Parameters on MA!
It will just increase the amount of available DMX Universes or better said in this case: DMX Connectos.
Nothing else!
