Jip and Janneke are dutch tv and book characters, trekken aan de bel means to pull on the bell. roetsj is like the sound that you make. kippenvel means goosebumps. When you say jip en janneke you go with your hand on their shoulders. When you say trekken aan de bel, you pull softly on their hair or go with your hand down their spine. Then with the roetsj roetsj you go with your hand down their spine and with kippenvel you kind of do finger flutters/ sprinkel with your hand all over their back.
