My concern with those brighter lamps is heat building up inside the lamp housings damaging the reflector and making the plastic outer lens turn yellow and brittle which has been a problem on my Piaggio Scooter just from putting an Osram Silver Star light bulb in it.
I live on the Florida Gulf Coast in the USA so getting a good seal when you put the lamp housing back together is critical with our daily tropical storms in the rainy season
I would be interested to see how the factory lamp housings look as the months and years pass.
Good job sorting it all out.
    Best!

Very educational, thank you.. I think so too.. but because this is an old car.. the factory lights are no longer optimal.. I've tried several models of lights, but they're still not optimal. makes it difficult for me to see when driving at night... and I don't really understand electricity, so I decided to use this light... in the future... if the headlight glass has problems... I will replace it with a new glass or something. ...my main priority is to have good lighting at night...warm greetings from me in Indonesia 🇲🇨😊👍

@@MustaqimMuhammadHatta Car looks pretty new to me so you must have taken very good care of it. To me an old car would have the round glass sealed beam headlights that were on all the new cars when I started driving. Things have changed since then haven't they.
Do you sometimes build sailboats too or just power and rowing boats? Watching you has me tempted to make a plastic drum sailboat perhaps with lee boards to keep it simple and not have to build a center or dagger board trunk. I'm thinking that around 3 meters might be a good size for a first attempt.
Have you ever tried plastic welding to seal the joints between the plastic panels?
      Best regards!

@@neilfromclearwaterfl81 Yes, that's right, I made a boat, and I still need to experiment a lot, because I'm not an expert..everything happens just using my imagination.. 😅 and I'm very interested in plastic welding, but I don't have that tool yet. Hopefully one day I can buy it 😍👍
For now, I can only use wood coated with rubber then nailed, and epoxy glue on each joint and nail head 😁👍

@@MustaqimMuhammadHatta If you already have a soldering iron that heats to around 350C/660F then you can start experimenting with plastic welding. The welds won't be as nice as those made with a hot air or hot nitrogen plastic welder but you should be able to do basic repairs and make some planters, etc from the plastic barrels scraps left after making a boat.
It is an art where you have to learn the difference between a cold weld and one that is too hot so that the plastic becomes brittle or is visibly burned.
Some plastic welding machines make it harder for you since they don't have temperature markings in the heat control but just numbers 1 to 10 or show A,B,C,D,E,F,G... so you have to guess by trial and error.
ABS plastic can be the most forgiving as can Polypropylene as far as being off on the temperature setting is concerned.
One common ABS plastic repair I make is the starter pulley on small 2 Stroke Generators in the 700 to 900 Watt range. They have a hollow space where the pivot pin for the pawl goes through the pulley which breaks open if you don't pull out the rope gently to engage it before pulling harder to start the engine. I will fill that area with ABS welding rod and then drill it for the pin and perhaps for the rope and then it lasts for years.
Another thing to look into is low temperature aluminum welding using an aluminum brazing rod with a regular household propane torch. I used and old aluminum screen porch somebody tore down to make stake sides for my little trailer using those aluminum rods and have repaired aluminum thermostat housings and fittings on engines too. Those aluminum rods are also very good for filling in stripped out or broken mounting flanges on motors and transmissions. Cleaning the weld area with a small stainless steel brush is a very importing part of the process so be sure to read the instructions on the rods your using and to follow them exactly to get the very best results.
As my Father told me years ago, keep learning every day and it will keep you young at heart.
      Best!

Your father is a wise man, 😍👍After I finish this boat, next I plan to make a plastic drum press, from steel. so that the convex drum becomes flat. and can make the appearance of the boat neater and more beautiful.
