- Welcome to Core Flow Sup's Indoor Rowing Workout video, a sunrise paddle of the River Hamble for watching while doing your indoor rowing machine workout (or any indoor workout)
It has some motivating music along with the authentic water sounds but if the music is not to your taste, watch with the sound off.
This is rear facing point of view for an authentic rowing feel but I will be uploading forward facing videos too so Like and Subscribe for future videos!

Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !

Awesome. I live in Canada now but used to live in Sarisbury Green nearby. I spent a lot of time as a kid along this river and riding my bike along the tow path to Warsash and my folks had a boat up at Universal near Swanwick for a while too. Thanks!

Just got an Apollo Pro II water tower, and the sound of the rowing machine's water moving in the cylinder combined with the soundtrack's water and nice balance of tunes is motivating.
Rear pointing FP View and being able to see docked sailboats on the route is fantastic.

A great video, thank you. Could you post the vid as well without music please? I know I´m not the onlyone enjoying rowing with the sound of the water and the oars only and not being hit with electronic sounds early in the morning. UA-cam has certainly some server space left to add the natural sound-variant :-) Thank you so much for considering!
Hi, many thanks for your comment. I have started loading without music so check out my more recent uploads. If they are silent it is because there was too much wind / other noise. I hope you like them

Ah that’s really annoying isn’t it? I thought you could mute it for exactly this purpose. You can in browser but not the app. The other alternative is watch on a different device with the volume turned down and listen to different music on something else. Sorry that’s not very helpful for you but if it’s any consolation all future videos are being done with just the water / nature sounds or silent.
@@coreflowactive That's where I have landed, but it is SUPER annoying. I also think UI can load a Not Chrome browser and have all the usual browser functions, but yeah the lazy is strong.

Hi Mark, thank you for commenting. This is really useful to know. I agree about having the water sounds only so will make some like that and see how they are received. It would be much better for me not to use the music as it takes me ages to source ones that are any good (they are with Motion Array subscription so not free either !)
Please can I ask for any other ways these can be better for using on your rowing machine ? I have some FPOV as well. Would you rather see a bow or stern?
