I already made three rebuild coils with your first video, the first two meshes I unfortunately fucked up, but then after I made some adjustments by myself (the same you pointed out here in this video) it worked like a charm. Few quick tips from my side is to: 1. Use two strips of cotton (four layers) 2. When wicking the cotton around the coil holder just use one layer (cut three layers away), this way it is easier to get to top part back on again and you don’t deform the coil while trying to get the top on it again. 3. Before you put the top part on again insert the long uniform rod carefully after pulling the other one out. This way the legs don’t connect together again while trying to get the top back on… Your Rebuild-Kits are amazing! They taste better than the original coils. Thank you VapJoy-Team!!! Hello. When I wrap it with your kits, it constantly leaks from the bottom of the coil. What is the reason of this ? Liquid flows from the bottom of the coil, not from the cartridge.
when inserting the pin, the inner wire bends sometimes, so make sure you check this and pull the wire a bit (CAREFULLY) after inserting the pin, to make sure that its straight and not touching the metal parts. or if you already cut the wire, use a small pin or tweezer and push the wire towards the middle to make sure it doesnt touch the metal

Try to use traditional vaping cotton (Cotton Bacon or something else) it is mich harder, bit with the right amount of cotton the re-wicked coils are amazing

My previous g is much more compatible with your kit. It seems the cotton won't be wick properly even in 7+ hours to prime. Do you have any solutions or guide for G2 ? I think the response of the G2 firing censor is much more fast than g and it keeps burning. Need help asap.

It is because you have too little inner layer of cotton, the outer layer of cotton did not cover the inner layer, you can try again in this way, I will show you a video when I have a chance.

pg vg ratio should be 50/50 not 70/30 for anyone wondering why their rebuild not wokrking, it may be the juice you're buying. instead it is better to mix DIY at 50/50 so juice flows better

It’s the low quality cotton that comes with the RBK… Try to use normal vaping cotton, like Cotton Bacon. It is a little bit harder but works amazing when you perfected the technique, my tip is to use a really tiny amount of cotton. The cotton ahould have a diameter thats 2mm shorter than the wide of the included strips. Just round the cotton evenly and not to tight with your fingers and put it on the included cotton strips, then there should be 1mm space above and below your selfmade cotton. After that you fold the selfmade cotton so you habe two layers, that way it works perfectly for me. No dry hits anymore and long lasting coil life.
@@denizturkucu4485 after a few tries I’ve found myself using cottonbacon (in contact with mesh coil) and one layer of the included cotton strips to get the liquid from the tank to cottonbacon. It also is easier to close the coil again when using the included strips as an outside layer (to saturate the vapers cotton)

Where do you buy the coils from like that ?
I tried 2 times and same problem, g2 pod gives red light 3 times and does not fire. Why could it be ? Coil legs do not touch. I couldn't in any way.

1.0 ohm better reliability 0.8ohm burn in 1 week but the flavour better with 0.8
