I have a complex tear of the posterior third of the medial meniscus, thanks to your video I will be able to see how torn is the meniscus watching MRI images or if I have some frayed hanging pieces on the side....truth is that with stretching and gym exercises....pain has diminished and I have recovered full mobility, can even change direction as in soccer, shuffle and jump....but still when I walk over 30 minutes fast, i feel a little pain that lasts for a day...thank you for your videos...I see that MRI interpretation has some subjective component....
I have a complex medial meniscus tear, loose bodies, Baker's cyst & bone contusion all over a stupid injury, putting a sm garden flag in the ground. Very painful, a nightmare injury. I will have surgery in one month, a meniscectomy. My injury happened 5 mos ago.
I'm curious with they need to run a MRI on mines, very painful stiffness swelling it's been about one month in very painful now.. Pain meds not working properly..
