Hey all, a few notes: Firstly, this was recorded and edited before 5.0 officially launched. Since these videos (CE Server) have to be approved, I had to send it in even earlier. I didn’t have the ability to reference many official informations/guides. That said, I tried my best not to say anything super dumb, but that possibility is always there. Secondly, I didn’t strictly express that she’s better in AoE situations, which I maybe should have. I mostly showcased her on single target bosses, because Abyss/IT is off limits for now in the CE Server, and every other AoE situation dies too fast (just learned while streaming earlier today there's apparently a new local legend trio?). I’ll be able to try more things for God Mode/on my actual account. Finally, I do think Jean is interesting. She does AoE heals, can swirl for pyro application, and can wear VV. Should’ve at least tried her. Like I did say in the team section though, this is a weak point for me, and I think it’s tough for most people, since the roster keeps growing month by month, and the team possibilities are ever evolving. Any other corrections, feel free to leave a comment.
I think you did fantastically! You’re too hard on yourself, no one is going to account for *everything all the time*. You gave Mualani havers a really good starting point.

Until you hit 100% (or more realistically around 95%) crit rate is always valuable in every circumstance, and having so much from just set also allows you to focus into other damaging stats more, like Hp, em, atk, and crit dmg, and on every Natlan character we’ve seen so far, it will have 100% uptime so that’s also false(on kinich it’ll be after the first cannon shot but still). Heart of depth and 2 piece options don’t even exist in the same realm. Small edit: if you’re always critting, it’s more damage, full stop. Any missed crits is less damage, so hitting 100% or getting as close as possible is never a bad thing

Moga! Try this rotation: (It's the one i'm using with Furina for massive vapes) Bennett EQ>Furina EQ(Key of Khaj Nisut)>Furina switch to Pneuma>Kazuha E (to swirld Hydro), Q (to infuse Pyro)>Mualani E>NA. My Mualani is level 80 with lvl 60 Sig and she hit a 750k vape against the new chubby boss.
@@vaggeliskapsiotis7623 You can sub in Bennett for any other Pyro unit but Bennett has a low cost ult and way more utility. I run him with Instructor set and Freedom Sworn (Kazuha uses Xiphos for team energy). Edit: if you're going for a damage per screenshot rotation, you gain a sigil for freedom sworn before starting your rotation and then weave in a Bennett basic infused with Pyro. But you can switch around the order a bit as long as you remember to be in Pneuma once Kazuha comes in. Otherwise you'll never vape Mualani's hits
I’m really looking forward to her signature weapon uses on different characters specifically on Wanderer ….I have a doubt about the passive uptime if I use Wanderer, Bennett, Xiangling and Xingqiu/Yelan team ….

I got her for my alt account that is low ar and dogshit and have now bothered to put some investment into making the characters on there better and she has genuinely been fun and useful. I love her personality but I'm saving for kinich on my main so I had to try on my alt to show her some love
I love Mualani and I enjoy her shark surfing A LOT. I am too excited about her that i was considering dropping some or even all of my 30 fragile resin. I get its Natlan's first day, and that i will be farming the new artifacts for a logn time, but I really want a set for her. Should I spend any or wait?
i think its better to use some rather than ALL of your resin, i completely get your excitement but not having fragile sucks a lot😅 good luck with your farming!

I happened to full her with some freemos that I through at the banner. In my research, another video mentioned using Candace, since Candace doesn't apply a lot of Hydro and buffs Normal Attacks. I was immediately sold. Any excuse to fit Candace on a team is good in my eyes. So, rn, my Mualani team (I'm still leveling her) is... Mualani/Candace/Xiangling/Kazuha. I'd rather not use Xiangling, but there aren't many other off-field characters that apply Pyro as consistently as Xiangling does... assuming you can keep her Burst up without a secondary Pyro unit. I've seen Xinyan and Thoma mentioned in other videos, but Xinyan would be too inconsistent since her Pyro application is tied to her shield being maintained, and... I just don't like playing Thoma.
You might consider to choose Dehya from character selector. She's a amazing option on mualani vape team cause she's pyro app is slower enough to let the shark bite to proc 3 times. Plus u gain some dmg reduction n resistance to interruption

Any recommendation for mualani’s f2p team as a new account? i think i have every 4* except kirara, yao yao and candace. As for 5*, i have lyney, mona and dehya (free 5*). I was planning on getting kazuha and raiden but i figured might as well go for dps first to clear abyss as fast as i can (and as much as i can) to get the primos, or i might plan this entirely wrong.
I am using Mualani, dehya, kachina (u can replace with with lynette, surcrose, kazuha, etc) and Barbara as a healer since i don't have anything else, hope it helps

Build up primos and get neuv since you already pre farmed. Or if you really enjoy mualani just continue to play her until neuv test run then see how you feel. If you dont like him hey you got hella primos for other characters

Dehya + Emilie + Nahida is quite good. Huge EM buff for Mualani with Nahida + Dendro Resonance and Emilie provides very good sub-DPS. Dehya can also Burst during Mualani downtime.
Ofc lost my 50/50 to her, even with the "new" pity system. Hoping to somehow scratch up enough pulls so she'll be a belated birthday gift by the Hoyo gods. Looks and plays very fun

1 thing you forgot to mention is Sac jade would make her overcrit. Ascension, new set and jade would make the crit rate 101 from the very beginning

Small edit: if you’re always critting, it’s more damage, full stop. Any missed crits is less damage, so hitting 100% or getting as close as possible is never a bad thing

it’s a good stat stick for the crit dmg and hp but the rest of the passive is wasted cuz neuv’s damage is mainly focused on charge attacks
