All of those are based off of their MCU versions, so they're not actually X-Men. Ms Marvel could sort of count, but at the time she was released she wasn't an X-Men member so I decided against it.
It's interesting that 2012 wolverine and Mech wolverine have the same orangish yellow as opposed to the 97 suits being brighter yellow
