You are such a good teacher. Saying this as someone who has been a student and a teacher. Of all the teachers I've had from pre K through grad school you definitely stand out as someone who understands the tacit skill of conveying complex information to a beginner
YSS RIGHT,I MEAN LIKE WHY I WASTED MY TIME AT ANOTHER WEB WHEN I CAN FINISH LEARNING RHIS IS JUST 15 MINS TO SAVE MY EXAM MARKS. Wish me luck for my exam next week 😇
I cant believe that for years i was stressed about (having to learn one day) Σ expressions. Their usage is literally understandable after watching a minute of this video. Thank you so much :))
I remember my favorite math teacher when I was in my 11th grade, this is the topic he discussed that I solved in my exam in his subject for the first time. I am one of those students who hates math but ofcourse there is always a math teacher you will love that despute you hate the subject unconciously you will love the subject because of the teacher.
6:40 you could also replace the n by 100 in the formula (4*100 + 5 = 405) btw, I love your lessons! They honestly have helped me a lot, factoring is now easy for me because of you, and I know this one will be helpful as well! Thank you!
I am going to start high school in a month and they barely covered arithmetic and geometric sequences. Thanks to you, I was able to learn about them and I even was able to grasp the Σ notations. I found them very interesting! Thank You for teaching so well!
Might not mean much but I found this useful while playing Grand Theft Auto Online. I noticed that amount of points needed to progress to the next rank in the Arena War was the current rank multiplied by 10 plus 50. I'm at 440 and want to get to 500 so I need ((440*10+50)+(499*10+50))/2*(500-440) which is 284700 points to reach my goal. If I average 145 points a match then I will need about 2000 matches.
Please, i really loved this video.... i wanted tonask if they give me a sequence, how will i be able to find the equation joining them if the have different differences or different ratios eg. 2,5,9,14,20,27,35 and 1,3,12,60,360,2520,20160 respectively.... it would be of great help to have a video on this... Thanks
at 10:35, should we write n as 4? given function there is (3/2)^(n-1) so why didn't we write n as 3 while calculating the sum, as the 4th term will equal to 27/8 not 81/16

Thanks for making it simple. Pre-Calculus and Calculus can be daunting when taught by the wrong educator - teach our future.
Man I'm taking O Chem and Calc 1 basically all asynchronous this past semester so I've been putting this channel on double duty. Thank you JG bro
How did it go bro? Any advice for someone about to do the same?
@@woah3108 How did it go? 😂😂
In my classes it took many days to teach this
And u did it in 15 minutes ...
Respect.
I can’t tell why for certain, but this tutorial was one of the best I watched for summation. I really can’t describe it but it was just so good

when he started to find sum notations with algebraic and geometric sequences, I was just 😦🤯… never knew that. thank you sm🥺
Thank you so much! You are really helping me learn math in a time-efficient effective way! You're a G.
LOVE THE LESSONS!
you r actually really hard working thanks for the lessons

I'm watching from south africa.. thanks 😊👋 u made it easy to understand
Thank you very much for this lesson. I was almost lost in class but u made me love this course 😂😂.
My school teachers never taught this even though we are expected to know how to do summation, thank you now I am not so lost.
This video is very useful
Even as a 9th grader I understood all the concepts
You're a good teacher man!!, Keep it up 🤗
Much love from South Africa 😤❤️
Sir if I tell you how your videos are helping me in my studies really i appreciate you a lot thank you sir you a great phylanthropis ❤😢🎉😮😅

Thanks buddy I'm in 8th class and this thing comes in 11th class🤣, Now I can show it off to my friends.
the same but I'm in 6'th grade, and understood everything
You could have also found the last term in the series at 6:00 by plugging in the 100 for n in the 4n + 5 expression.
He mentioned that 10 seconds later at 6:10
I trust all your videos, formulas and workings cause ur vids got me far. I really appreciate you man💯
This dude deserves $500,000❤❤❤
You don't understand how much you helped
Thanks, this really helps me surpass my final exam.
the best teacher ever
One thing people don't mention is that this is also useful for computer science. Have a quiz on Recurrence Relations and Summations.
works like a for loop
Thanks I'mma need this next year for my exam 🤧🤧😭😭😭
hey thx for all of this its helped me pass the math test 😊
Thank you for doing what my math teacher gets paid to not do lmao. Best channel on this site.
it aint that its just your teachers dont get payed enough to care 💀
@@xxoctixx Then look for other job instead of not caring about your students future 😊 what an excuse
