If we talk about the Show no way Wally should be faster then Barry even in season 6 it’s not possible because Flash is Atleast Mach 10k and 99% faster then speed of light and current Wally is not outrunning a nuke (That was season 4 flash but still) but the show always makes the flash as fast as they want him to me

For explain when trajectory die a second before her lightning turned blue, Zooms lightning was also blue. So therefore since Wally's lightning is closer to indigo or blue he is faster. No, his lightning is Yellow, yellow lightning means you have a fresh connection to the speed force, but you're not that fast. If your lightning is Orange, that means you have a fresh connection, and you are fast too. So, Wally is a lot slower.
