I joined capgemini as a fresher, now leaving as a Full stack developer (software developer). It was an amazing journey with capgemini, i learnt a lot there. They are very good in encouraging freshers and shape them perfectly in their software engineer career. This is what my capgemini latest update and my opinion.

Freshers ku A3 or A4 role dhan Sami kudupanga.. so role la affect aagathu.. I don't think DOJ will get affected but for ur safety, check once with HR or the person who sent the survey mail.
My kind advice, oru fresher ah location kaaga job offer reject pannathinga sami.. bcoz initial ah varadhu unga training location dhan.. not permanent location.. Training ku apro Project ku athu differ agum.. apo neega unga preferred location ketu vangiklam.. so location kaaga offer reject pannathinga sami until/unless you have a offer in other company.
